Fr Lou,

I watched your Holy Friday homily yesterday, and it was very timely. Thank you for sending it to me. I have made Friends of the Word part of my prayer routine. Your words were powerful and clear yesterday. What stood out was how the people who witnessed Jesus’ horrific walk to his execution were indifferent to it, and simply wanted to get back to business, their day-to-day activities. I see this in my own life.
